Country Sourdough

This is our traditional country sourdough loaf! It is long fermented and made with local ingredients. We use Hard White and Rogue de Bordeaux flour from Living Sky Grains. All the flour we use is regeneratively grown and our salt is from Redmond Real Salt - it’s from an ancient, underground seabed in Utah that has been protected from modern environmental pollutants (like microplastics). Oats N' Honey Sourdough
